He knows that he himself can not beat Jiren, so the most logical thing to do is to help Goku as much as he can in order to defeat Jiren. Not case sensitive, but it is to exact spelling.įreeza is smart and he realizes that Goku's Ultimate Instinct form is the only thing that can match Jiren in power. Not sure.įrieza is a Freeza freeza (n) in the freezer. I think Frieza also wants to learn the Ultra Instinct by how he was looking at Goku during the fight, and keeping Goku alive may raise his chances of learning it so he can potentially take on the gods later. I think if Jiren goes at Goku, Frieza will actually defend him at this point, because he knows that's the only way they can win. It doesn't make sense for Frieza to be that much stronger than Vegeta that Vegeta can't even see it when he's standing right next to Goku, had to be Instant Transmission by Frieza IMO. It also seems like he did use Instant Transmission to teleport Goku out of there last episode. Frieza is considered a prodigy (to himself) and learning moves quickly seems to be part of that. Instant Transmission you'd think is a lot more advanced to learn, but if Goku can learn it back when he's only at SSJ level then Frieza or probably anyone at that level could potentially learn it. From the first big fight on Namek it's been shown he can easily copy moves like the Destructo Disk. Unlike the other posters I'm pretty certain Frieza can do instant transmission. *Why is "f"reiza auto correcting to "Freeza." This should not be correcting my spelling like that. Jiren is sort of an obstacle for any evil plottings in the show atm. And he's probably going to wait for him to be gone to be an ass if he's going to be. He's likely not strong enough to take out Jiren. At this point with gokus increased ability it might be strategic enough for Freeza to do it. Although, I almost got the notion they were trying to disguise it's Freeza giving goku energy. It might have startled Freeza and they use that to act like he's attacking him in the preview. That could explain why Freeza then seems like he's going to attack. Maybe Freeza was just the closest and biggest ki he could lock on to in the moment? He probably just wanted to get as far away as possible to recoup considering Vegeta was about to battle Ribrianne right in front of him and he didn't care who's ki it was, as long as it was friendly and he could get out of there as fast as possible. Asura wrote:My impression was that Goku just ITed himself out of there, since the sound effect sounded exactly like instant transmission.
